About the Role

We are seeking Support Workers to provide high-quality care to a range of clients and participants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with daily living activities (bathing, toileting, mobility)
  • Social engagement, activities, and accompanying clients on appointments
  • Household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation)
  • Medication management
  • Administrative support duties

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for working with elderly or people with disabilities
  • Professional or lived experience in aged care or disability sectors
  • Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach
  • Flexibility to support diverse needs
  • Resilience and compassion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A qualification in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • A current CPR certificate
  • A current National Police check
  • A Victorian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
