Leading our café team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor is an opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This key leadership role oversees the smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time.

In this position, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain high standards. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating daily floor operations
  • Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals
  • Building a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation
  • Supervising, training, and supporting Food & Beverage Attendants

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • A minimum 12 months in a supervisory role within hospitality
  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team
  • A Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential)
