Assistant Store Manager Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the successful and efficient running of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, developing a customer-focused culture, and inspiring a diverse team of passionate individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in operating an effective and profitable store
  • Develop and foster a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets
  • Create a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer

Requirements:

  • Established experience in a customer-focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager preferably in a retail environment
  • Exceptional people and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales while supporting a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness
  • Demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business
