Childcare Director Position

A dynamic and dedicated Diploma qualified professional is sought after to join our Early Childhood team at Community Kids.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role may also include a condensed week with 4 x 10 hour days. Alternatively, a fixed schedule could be arranged for the right candidate.
- The ideal candidate will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
- They must possess a comprehensive understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven experience in leading teams within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- A current Blue Card is mandatory
- First Aid certification is also required
Our centre caters for up to 119 children, operating from 6:00am - 6:30pm. We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate individual needs.
