Capital Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project professional to drive the delivery of critical capital engineering projects across various sites. This newly created role offers the chance to shape how we plan and execute projects that keep our operations running efficiently and safely.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, including scoping, design, procurement, contractor management, commissioning, and handover.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Develop clear and detailed scopes, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Nurture strong stakeholder relationships across our manufacturing sites, promoting open and efficient communication.
  • Provide on-site leadership for contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Support procurement processes and navigate internal systems to secure optimal project outcomes.
  • Promote continuous improvement in project planning, delivery, and safety practices.
About You
  • Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Process or Chemical related disciplines)
  • Technical expertise applicable to our supply chain network, such as in brewing, packaging, or utilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, related to process improvements, brewing, or infrastructure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to articulate technical details clearly for project scopes and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Leadership skills to guide contractors and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to step into new project areas as required.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, procurement processes, and project management tools.
