High Net Worth Lending Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead lending in a high-performing private banking environment, focusing on high net worth client acquisition and lending.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new client acquisition across the high net worth segment through strategic business development and internal referrals.
- Structure complex lending solutions to meet clients' needs, working closely with internal specialists.
- Manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service, compliance, and relationship depth.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Proven experience in private or business banking, focused on high net worth clients.
- Strong lending capability and confidence managing complex credit needs.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations (AML/KYC).
