Key Responsibilities

The Senior Loyalty Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer retention, driving repeat business, and increasing customer lifetime value through the design, implementation, and optimization of customer loyalty programs.

  • Develops and implements loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize customer engagement.
  • Analyzes participation, redemption rate, customer lifetime value, and engagement data to optimize program performance.
  • Crafts lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Collaborates with CRM and Performance Marketing teams to plan loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
