Marketing Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels. They will be responsible for creating engaging on-brand content, managing the social media content calendar, and collaborating with the team to promote events.

The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for tracking performance using Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Insights, and providing regular reports on campaign performance.

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Own and manage the social media content calendar (copywriting, content creation, scheduling)
  • Create engaging on-brand content including posts, stories, reels, and videos
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and external content creators
  • Monitor and engage with our online community (comments, DMs, tags)
  • Update and maintain website content on WordPress
  • Support the creation of digital and print collateral for all No. 1 brands
  • Collaborate with the team to promote and cover events (pre, during, and post-event content)
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Insights

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, as well as proven experience in social media content creation, community engagement, and digital campaigns. They should be proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and tools like Canva, WordPress, and Later. Additionally, they should have strong time management and attention to detail skills.

A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with the team to promote events and create engaging content. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.

In terms of personal qualities, we are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities. They should be highly organized and have a strong work ethic.
