Clinical Service Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Clinical Lead. This position involves developing and implementing trauma-informed mental health care services for victim-survivors of Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence (FDSV). The successful candidate will provide guidance and oversight to team members and contribute to the development of child inclusive practice frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing evidence-based trauma informed mental health care services for FDSV victim-survivors.
- Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborating with other services to ensure effective coordination of care and referral pathways.
- Building capacity within the team in working with children, young people and families.
- Tertiary degree qualification applicable to the role, such as psychology, counselling or social work.
- Registration with a relevant professional body, including a minimum level 4 ACA accreditation.
- Extensive experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges and FDSV.
- Previous experience supporting culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients.
- A valid NSW Driver's Licence and Working With Children Check.
