We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Risk and Compliance team in Australia. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of incident and breach management frameworks, policies, tools, systems, and processes.
The selected candidate will undertake compliance assessments of incidents to support regulatory breach assessment processes and present findings to relevant stakeholders as required.
This includes providing compliance advice, insights, themes, and trends to key stakeholders, including boards, committees, and other forums in relation to incidents and breaches.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and monitoring compliance with relevant policies and providing sound pragmatic advice, guidance, and support to business leaders on risk and compliance matters.
This includes preparing and presenting concise and meaningful professional risk and compliance reports for management and related Boards and Board sub-committees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and consistent implementation of risk and compliance framework accountabilities.
The selected candidate will actively contribute to the priorities and work plans for the Risk & Compliance function, while also staying up-to-date with industry developments and their potential impacts on the risk and compliance environment.
