We are seeking Support Workers to join our QLD team in Hervey Bay. This role is perfect for those who desire a flexible work-life balance and enjoy supporting people in their community.
About the Role:- Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance as required by customers.
- Offer domestic assistance such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to support customers' daily needs.
- Assist with social support, transportation, and activities to enhance customers' quality of life.
- Support customers with complex needs, providing tailored support to meet their individual requirements.
- Monitor customers' well-being and report on their progress to ensure they receive optimal care.
- A minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services.
- Proof of vaccination where relevant to ensuring customer safety.
- A current CPR/First Aid Certificate to respond to emergencies.
- A Federal Police Check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card to safeguard customers' welfare.
- An Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance for transporting customers safely.
