**Warehouse Expert - Full Time Role**
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Expert to join our team in Derwent Park, Tasmania. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to customers in store and in the warehouse.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular inventory checks.
- Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and adhering to safety requirements.
- Unloading inbound orders of stock and storing them efficiently.
- Ensuring all product is properly documented, labelled and presented for sale.
- Contributing to achievement of store revenue and margin targets.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- An eagerness to learn about products and services, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
