Warehouse Sales Professional - Tasmania

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales to join our team at Derwent Park, Tasmania.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information on products and services, and processing sales transactions with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will be involved in stock movements, loading trucks with customer orders, and maintaining a safe working environment.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to achieving store revenue by providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and working effectively with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, including inventory levels and stock movements.
  • Loading trucks with customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.

Key qualifications include: a fork lift license is desirable or willing to obtain one. An eagerness to learn about products and services.
