Executive Transport Planner

This is a senior leadership position that provides strategic direction, guidance and oversight to our national Transport Planning team.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership to Transport Planning projects and workstreams;
- Lead the role of Project Director or Project Manager on large Transport Planning assignments;
- Conduct feasibility studies to support our clients in addressing their transport challenges;
- Drive business development activities, including supporting the account management of key accounts;
- Oversee bid development for Transport Planning services;
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Advisory, Planning and Technology Business Unit's strategy and achievement of targets;
- Participate in Arcadis global forums relevant to Transport Planning.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Transport Engineering, Urban Planning or related field;
- Membership and/or active involvement with relevant industry bodies (e.g. AITPM);
- Previous consulting experience with a strong track record of client delivery;
- Established client and industry networks;
- Excellent communication skills with ability to direct reports and proposals, lead meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to a high standard;
- Experience in leading multi-discipline project teams;
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership.
