Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chef Manager in maintaining kitchen compliance with food safety, WHS, and quality standards
  • Manage stock control and ordering to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Coordinate resident dietary management to cater to individual needs
  • Oversee kitchen and food cost management to optimize resources
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality meals that meet our residents' expectations
  • Provide exceptional service to residents and families, ensuring a positive dining experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III/IV) and/or relevant experience
