Quality Assurance Specialist

Pacific Seeds is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Assurance function, shape operational processes and ensure seed quality and integrity.

  • Lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring the quality of seed products.
  • Oversee QA processes and research new technologies to enhance efficiency, compliance and timely product release.
  • Implement policies and procedures to safeguard seed quality and integrity through regular audits and assessments.
About You

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in production agriculture, preferably within the seed industry with strong knowledge of seed quality analysis.
  • A solid understanding of plant science and its application in QC testing programs.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, make informed decisions and deliver results-driven operations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with GM and non-GM crops, hybrid seed programs and quality protocols is highly desirable.
