Job Opportunity: Centre Manager

The Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare centre, driving excellence across all aspects.

This is a full-time position that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily centre operations, including staffing, finance management, and parent communication.
  2. Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement engaging activities for children's holistic growth and development.
  4. Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Foster a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.

Your Qualifications

  • A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
