Senior Ecologist Position Available

We are seeking an experienced Ecological Expert to join our team. As a Senior Ecologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ecological advice and support to clients and colleagues.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, and to contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex environmental issues.
Key Responsibilities- Providing expert advice on ecological matters, including the interpretation of environmental legislation and the design and implementation of field surveys and monitoring programs.
- Developing technical reports and proposals, and assisting in the preparation of tenders and business development opportunities.
- Mentoring junior staff and leading field trips, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in Science, Environmental Science or a related field.
- 5-6+ years' experience in an ecological role in the environmental consulting sector or an equivalent role in Government.
- Excellent flora and/or fauna identification skills, and mature report writing and computer skills.
