**Oncology Pharmacy Leadership Role**
This exciting opportunity will see you take on a leadership position in a specialized clinical environment, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy and its team members.
- As a senior pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and ensuring safe and effective medication management.
- Collaborating with on-site oncologists, nurses, and allied health professionals, you will work together to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, with a strong track record of managing teams and driving innovation in pharmacy services.
While experience in oncology, clinical trials, and compounding is highly valued, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation allowances are available to support candidates moving to Tasmania.
**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and manage pharmacy operations and team performance
