Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take on the role of Site Operations Coordinator. In this capacity, you will facilitate the efficient functioning of our client’s site.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all assignments from the Supervisor, showcasing exceptional organizational abilities.
- Deliver thorough handovers and technical assistance to colleagues.
- Enhance team efficiency by overseeing departmental schedules, leave requests, and coordinating travel and accommodation logistics as necessary.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in data entry, report creation, system updates, and schedule oversight to guarantee precision and dependability.
- Assist the HR department in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration of new personnel.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for the department, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a FIFO setting with strong communication skills to collaborate across shifts.
- Solid administrative background with the capability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a dynamic FIFO remote environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP, Inflight, and InControl systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
- Dangerous Goods Security Card.
- Current WA C Class driver's license.
- First Aid Certification.
- Ability to maintain at least six months of employment on your current visa.
