Dispensary Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to assist our team in the role of Dispensary Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice, processing prescriptions efficiently, and ensuring our dispensaries are well-stocked.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs
  • Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions accurately and efficiently using our dispensing system
  • Maintain well-stocked dispensaries to serve customers effectively
  • Demonstrate the value of our products and services to customers
  • Work across our network of pharmacies once fully trained

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and advice to diverse customers
  • Be able to relate well with customers and colleagues
  • Show willingness to learn about our products and services
  • Exhibit adaptability and flexibility
  • Able to work effectively in a committed team
