**About You**

We are seeking a Dispensary Technician to work under the supervision of the Pharmacist Manager serving customers, dispensing prescriptions, maintaining stock, administering dispensary computer systems and claims, promoting services and products and supporting the Pharmacist.

The Dispensary Technician role will include:

- Assisting the Pharmacist in dispensary
- Stock ordering and unpacking of dispensary lines
- Providing appropriate information and advice to customers on OTC medicines
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of dispensary
- Providing exceptional customer service in the dispensary as well as the front of shop when needed
- Webster Packing as required

To be successful:

- Previous experience working as a Dispensary Technician - preferred
- Strong Pharmacy product knowledge including S2/S3 medications
- Excellent computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
- Adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm, approachable and empathetic nature
- Ability to show initiative and work with limited supervision
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster if needed
