**Office Administrator/Licensing Officer Job Opportunity**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
  • Assist clients in preparing reports and reference statements.
  • Read and interpret regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough verbal conversations with applicants' references to complete referee reports.
  • Work independently and adapt quickly to changing regulations.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in GSUITE and other office management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
