About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for those interested in a customer-focused role at our city contact centre. You'll be responsible for providing a high-quality experience to our Tasmanian customers through inbound and outbound enquires via phone. You'll maintain accurate data in our customer management system and meet individual and team KPI's.

  • You'll be customer focused and have a positive way with customers, through a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
  • You'll have determination and a solution-focused mindset, to match and promote the right products and services to meet our customer's evolving needs.
  • You'll be tech-savvy with the ability to learn and have good attention to detail.
