We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Home Loan Business Banker. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial analysis and has strong relationship management skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our consumer lending portfolio by identifying customer needs and enhancing retention. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new lending opportunities within existing portfolios and generating referrals through collaboration and marketing.
  • Engaging in quality conversations to understand customer goals and deepen relationships.
  • Growing the consumer lending portfolio by identifying customer needs and enhancing retention.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through accurate and prompt processing of loan applications.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Siebel, OBP, and EBL systems.
  • Proven credit analysis and debt structuring capabilities.
  • Broad banking product knowledge, including transactional and e-commerce solutions.
  • Experience in business banking or relationship management within a major financial institution.
