About the Role

This role provides critical support to the finance team, primarily focusing on meeting copyright and commission reporting obligations. The successful candidate will collate and analyze data, utilize Excel tools, and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collate required data for copyright reporting models
  • Execute copyright reporting models to produce reports
  • Work with managers to review and verify reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Highlight and investigate errors or changes in trends
  • Collate required data for commission calculation models
  • Execute commission models to produce commission calculations
  • Work with managers to review and verify reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Interact with the payroll team to provide necessary information for employee payments
  • Highlight and investigate errors or changes in trends
  • Identify areas for process improvement to minimize time and error
  • Assist with converting data and reporting to automated solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Information Solutions, Data Science, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar business or detail-oriented role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Diligent record-keeper and problem-solver
  • Ability to work independently with reasonable supervision
  • Strong Excel skills, including Macros and SQL
