Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking an experienced and innovative People Services Coordinator to join its team. As the People Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, from attraction to retirement. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience, foster a positive work environment, and drive engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

Main Responsibilities
This role involves supporting the development of Catholic education's Employee Value Proposition, recruitment activity across schools and colleges, and the creation of employee benefits, wellbeing programs, and diversity events and awareness. You will also provide coaching, guidance, and high-level advice to managers in the attraction, performance, and retention of employees to build organisational capability.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma in Human Resources or relevant equivalent experience. You should also possess knowledge and experience in similar HR roles in busy environments with competing demands, as well as the ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels within the organisation.
