Occupational Therapist Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with people of all ages who require support to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupation-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based research to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS and its operation, including knowledge of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
