Professional Radiation Therapist Opportunity

About the Role

Radiation Therapists play a vital role in delivering high-quality radiotherapy treatment and planning activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a skilled Radiation Therapist.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective radiotherapy treatment and/or planning activities of a high quality
  • P personally undertake radiation therapy planning and treatment responsibilities and associated duties
  • Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant Centre and across the practice
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy at an appropriate level (treatment, simulation and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques
  • Experience with Monaco Treatment Planning System
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment
  • Strong empathy, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services
  • Bachelor degree as relevant (Radiation Therapy)
  • Registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA
