Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Training Manager to lead a small dedicated team and oversee the governance and administration of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with our mission and values.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A mature and consistent Christian faith which is evident in their active involvement in a Christian church with sound Biblical teaching
  • Qualifications in Outdoor Recreation, Christian Ministry and/or Training and Assessment
  • A desire to grow and develop staff through training
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Team management and leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing organisational documents and record keeping systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills and office efficiency

Job Description:

The Training Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing training programs that align with our mission and values
  • Leading a small dedicated team
  • Overseeing the governance and administration of our RTO
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
