Home Stylist Role

We are seeking an experienced Home Stylist to enhance our team at a leading home collective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized home styling advice to customers.
  • Offer guidance on exterior materials, finishes and colours, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms and other interior features.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation and complete file notes after appointments.
  • Ensure the retail centre is well maintained and presented to a high standard.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge of materials, display homes and current trends.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support customers with queries.
  • Pursue project work to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with more than two years of service.
  • A fun, energetic and approachable attitude is essential.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • The ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail is crucial.
  • A high standard of personal presentation is required.
  • The ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base is vital.
  • The ability to read and understand residential building plans is necessary.
