About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience working in an aged care environment, holding a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be flexible, working across day and night shifts within a rotating roster. Our team is passionate about creating a positive impact on the lives of our residents, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision.

Requirements:
  • Over 2 years of experience working in an aged care environment
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
