Job Description- Administration and Reception Services
- Office Management and Administrative Support
We are seeking a skilled Administration/Receptionist Officer to join our school community. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
The role involves providing reception services, managing the front office, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will be able to communicate positively and effectively with all stakeholders, including parents, staff, and students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the school administration team
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Managing the front office and reception area
- Communicating with parents, staff, and students
- Supporting the school's child safe policy and staff code of conduct
The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to work in a team environment, and be able to provide care and support for students while respecting the ethos of the school and its environment.
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 per annum, in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.
Requirements- Demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to the Bethany Child Safe Policy and Staff Code of Conduct
- Ability to maintain accurate records and files
The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check, a National Police Record Check, and two referee checks.
