Executive Hotel Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced hotel manager to join our team. As a hotel manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall management and strategic direction of the property. This includes supporting all departments in achieving operational targets and driving business performance.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business. They will also be passionate about growing and developing themselves and others, with strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving commercial performance.
- Lead daily operations and drive business performance for the hotel
- Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business
- Champion employee engagement and promote a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Develop relationships within the local community
