About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Improvement professional to lead and inspire the practice of continuous Service Improvement mindset and methods in projects and initiatives within the Digital Design & Service Experience (DDSE) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve the experiences of and services to students, staff, and academics.
- Support the delivery of sustainable outcomes that support the University's commitment to continuous improvement.
- Support a work environment that fosters high achievement and collaboration.
- Work with stakeholders across the University to engage them and advocate for the value of Service Improvement methods, tools, and mindset to address complex problems and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in one of the following fields of study – Lean, SixSigma, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Tertiary qualifications in one of the following fields of study – Business, Engineering, Systems Thinking.
- Practical experience and broad knowledge of the practice of Service, Process, and Business improvement.

The Operational Performance Group delivers functions that facilitate the design, evaluation, and improvement of services across the University, and business partnering services to Chancellery.
