Job Title: Team Member, Business Lending

At Westpac Group, we're seeking a talented individual to join our Business Lending Operations team as a Team Member. As a key member of our DocMan and Imaging Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the business lending team with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Banking and Finance: Knowledge of industry operations is preferred, particularly in business lending.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver superior service.
  • High Attention to Detail: Strong verbal and numerical comprehension, with problem-solving skills to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Compliance and Legislation Awareness: Familiarity with regulatory requirements to ensure adherence in all processes.
  • Physical Capability: Able to lift and scan document packets as required.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
