ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow HRSD support team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform, including case management, knowledge management, HR agent workspace, and service portal. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing technical solutions using ServiceNow Portal, JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Leading effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Managing break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, testing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service Portal, integration, reporting, etc.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.

Additional skills include:

  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
