We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Aged Care team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional care to residents.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating care services, ensuring that the needs of each resident are met with dignity and respect.

About The Role
  • Provide holistic support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Support the coordination of care services, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Lead and supervise care on shift, within designated areas.
  • Perform tasks related to medication administration, as per scope of qualification and legislation.
About You
  • Relevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
  • High level of commitment, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • An effective listener with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to use technology and learn new skills.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
