Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to oversee the smooth running of our warehouse operations.

  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors with daily operations
  • Managing stock movement and ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Coordinating communication between freight companies and customer requirements
  • Database management and data accuracy
  • Picking and packing via systems to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Job creation and document generation
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and forklift drivers

The ideal candidate will possess similar industry experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, multitasking abilities, and superior customer care. Our mentoring manager and supportive team will provide you with the necessary guidance and resources to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors with day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring seamless stock movement and inventory management

  • Efficiently picking and packing orders using systemized processes
  • Creating jobs and generating documents as required
  • Building strong relationships with freight forwarders and forklift drivers
