Lead Product Development Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a portfolio strategy for our lottery and Keno products, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation and new game development opportunities.
  • Engage with strategic partners to identify long- and short-term business opportunities and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to create business cases and commercial models that inform product strategies.
  • Analyse competitors and market trends to inform product and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Digital and Brand teams to ensure product feasibility, compliance and lifecycle optimisation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products using data to improve features and customer experience.
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to support player-centric product strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years in a related commercial, product or marketing role with proven experience managing successful product portfolios.
  • Understanding of research and development processes and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the lottery industry and its regulatory environment is desirable.
