Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional team member to fill a part-time position as a Shop Assistant and Digital Marketing Coordinator in Richmond, Melbourne.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, explaining our product offerings, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Manage shop operations such as inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist in setting up and managing our online store, including product listings, pricing updates, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and attract customers to our shop and website.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase our products and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of lighting products and their features.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
