Carclew is a leader in nurturing young artistic talent. We are seeking an experienced Funding Program Review Lead to help us re-imagine our funding approach for youth arts.

The successful candidate will conduct a comprehensive review of our current funding programs, analyse best practices in arts funding, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. They will develop proposals to increase engagement with seldom-heard voices and assess the feasibility of new programs.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of arts funding policy and development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in grant giving, policy making, or writing, and possess comprehensive knowledge of the arts sector at the state, national, and international levels.

This role offers the opportunity to drive change in youth arts and make a meaningful impact by maximising opportunities for young people in South Australia.
