Unit People Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Unit People & Culture Manager to join our team at IKEA in Marsden Park.
As a key member of the Unit Management team, you will be responsible for implementing the Co-worker Relations plan across the total Distribution Centre and ensuring labour relations principles are followed on a unit level.
Main Responsibilities:- Implementing the Global and Country People Strategy and ensuring its operational execution through the unit business plan and local initiatives.
- Establishing high standards of excellence within the Distribution Centre by cooperating with stakeholders and securing the highest possible standard of people service delivery.
- Built and developing relationships with Market Managers and advising them on people topics such as performance, succession, and confidential business matters.
- Partnering with the Unit Management team to execute workforce planning, talent management, organisation development, and all people activities within the Distribution Unit.
- Maintaining a safety culture and liaising with external stakeholders on coworker injury matters.
