Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Casual Leisure Hospitality Assistant to provide exceptional customer service across various venues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the catering team with events, assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and delivery.
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service, handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
  • Serve alcohol responsibly, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Assist the hospitality services team for internal and external functions and events.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in hospitality, including café operations and food handling, hold relevant qualifications such as RSA Certificate and NSW Food Handler Basics Certificate.
  • Maintain a current First Aid Certificate and Class C Driver's Licence.
