Network Operations Professional

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operation of our network, ensuring seamless communication and timely dissemination of flight information to all ports.

You will be responsible for monitoring flights for On Time Performance (OTP), accurately documenting and reporting delay reasons. Additionally, you will stay abreast of weather and NOTAMs that may impact operations, escalating or addressing risks accordingly.

This position requires effective collaboration with other Network Operations Centre personnel to formulate and implement disruption plans, minimizing passenger and operational impact.

A key responsibility is coordinating aircraft turnarounds in Sydney, including bay allocation and fuel ordering.

In the event of an emergency, you will initiate our company response plan and support the Emergency Response Team as directed.

To excel in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and problem-solve, as well as work effectively within a dynamic team environment.

We seek a candidate with experience in a similar role, boasting strong communication and organizational skills.

Reporting responsibilities include working under the supervision of the Network Operations Manager or their designated delegate.
