Saturday Leasing Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to work 3 hours minimum, predominantly on Saturdays between 9.00am and 4.00pm, with flexibility for Tuesday or Thursday afternoons during spring and summer months.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Open for Inspections
  • Entering details and registering prospective tenants in Real Estate Software
  • Providing feedback to Property Managers on properties and tenant interest
  • Engaging with prospective tenants to ensure above standard customer service

You must possess the following attributes:

  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Reliable motor vehicle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Real Estate Software advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management
  • A cheerful disposition, positive attitude and passion for customer service
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
