Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dynamic and sector-relevant workplace training and assessment to learners, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, observation, and mentoring to learners to support their career goals.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
  • Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management (Desirable)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • Proven experience working in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Ability to work on a Wednesday (if part-time)
Digital Literacy Skills
  • Ability to have multiple windows open and work across them
  • Utilize teams/zoom/skype channels
  • Screen share in online face-to-face channels
  • Use Microsoft Office suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
  • Write and respond to emails
