Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical systems and develop your skills in a fast-paced industry.

As a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced tradespeople to maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and pumps. You will be responsible for assisting with inspecting and maintaining fixed plant machinery, learning to diagnose faults and performing mechanical repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance activities.

You will also be required to attend TAFE and complete formal training requirements, commit to maintaining health, safety and security standards, and demonstrate behaviours aligned with our company values.
