This role involves providing customer service to the legal profession and the public. It is a full-time position within our Registry team.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Responding to high-volume phone and email enquiries from solicitors and the public on various matters.
- Assisting solicitors with online licence renewals via phone and email.
- Maintaining database records and performing data entry tasks.
- Preparing documents for lawyers regarding Certificate applications.
- Performing general office duties such as mail handling and filing.
Our ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, particularly in managing high-volume calls and emails.
- Administration experience within a legal or regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet, and database applications is essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to understand policies and regulations are necessary.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision is required.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills are also essential.
