Lead Tester

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our team.

The role will involve ensuring consistency in test disciplines, establishing and governing test frameworks, standards and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and delivery leads to manage risks and issues related to testing activities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining test frameworks, standards and procedures.
  • Working closely with project managers and delivery leads to manage risks and issues related to testing activities.
  • Assisting the business in prioritizing and maintaining a backlog.
  • Identifying opportunities for test automation to enhance efficiency, coverage and accuracy of testing activities.
  • Maintaining relevant metrics to monitor, control, manage and report progress and forecasts while managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of testing methodologies, Python development, Linux environments, and Ansible or equivalent infrastructure as code tools. They will also have experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions aligned with DevOps practices and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
